MORMONS TAKE JESUS AT HIS WORD THAT THERE IS UNFORGIVEABLE SIN
The Book of Mormon says Jesus was with and inspired the people before he physically came to earth. We read in Helaman 5:10 that Jesus intends to come "not to redeem them in their sins, but to redeem them from their sins". This rejects the Protestant doctrine that Jesus saves by faith and though he does not authorise sin, if you sin he pays for it so in a sense you are saved in your sins. This implies that any sin at all means you are excluding Jesus. Not surprisingly, Mormonism preaches there are unforgiveable sins.
Jesus told the Jews they committed an eternal sin that will never be forgiven for they said the Devil was doing his miracles.
The Mormon Church is the only “Christian” denomination that takes Jesus seriously when he spoke of sin that guarantees you will go to Hell forever or unpardonable sin. The sins include apostasy from the Mormon faith, murder, adultery and so on. The New Testament only mentions the sin of saying, "Satan did it!" when you read of Jesus' healings and exorcisms.
St Paul declared that the body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit so it would seem that murder would be the same sin as blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. So what was Paul doing claiming to be an inspired apostle and prophet of God then for he admitted that he was a killer himself. Paul was a fraud and his visions were from Hell. So Paul the true founder of Christianity was in conflict with the idol of Christianity, Jesus! What a shambles! What depth of folly is in crediting the Christian gospel with uprightness and integrity? The Mormon Church regards murder as an unpardonable sin
